The Evening Standard announce London's most influential people

The Rebel Alliance, the name straight out of a Hollywood film which was given to the group of MPs who fought against a no-deal Brexit, were the guests of honour at the Design Museum last night as the Evening Standard announced its Progress 1000 list.

The politicians topped the poll of the most influential Londoners of the moment, which also saw business leaders, athletes, actors and those from the entertainment industry all celebrated.
