Scarlett Curtis on her new anthology

A new anthology of works has been released, sharing dozens of personal accounts of mental health.

More than 60 contributors including singer Sam Smith and former Labour spin doctor Alistair Campbell have shared stories for the book which was curated by Scarlett Curtis.

She's been telling Alicia more along with Mathew Kollamkulam, a volunteer from the charity Shout, which worked to publish the book.

It's not okay to feel blue (and other lies) is out now.
