Chris Leek on his world record breaking 289 mile triathlon

Londoner Chris Leek has smashed the world record for a huge 289 mile triathlon, from Marble Arch, to the Arc De Triomphe in Paris.

Chris Leek set a time of 69 hours and 29 minutes and became the fifth competitor ever to complete the challenge without wearing a wetsuit for the swim across the channel.

The challenge was in aid of charities which support his father, you can still donate on Chris's virgin money giving page here.
