'Mari' has its premiere at London Film Festival

A new film which weaves dance and drama together has had its first screening at the BFI London Film Festival.

'Mari' explores themes of family tension and motherhood as it follows a young dancer who learns her grandmother is dying.

It is the debut feature from Georgia Parris, who wrote and directed the film and it stars Bobbie Jene Smith.
