Christine Ohuruogu calls for greater diversity on sports boards

The former Olympic, World and Commonwealth 400 metre champion Christine Ohuruogu says that diversity is crucial in all parts of the sporting world - not just on the pitch or track.

She made the comments at the Sporting Equals 2016 Leaderboard Conference - an event aimed at encouraging black and ethnic minority people to be on the boards of major sporting organisations.
